Refund Policy

ProjectMint sells digital downloads. Because delivery happens instantly after payment, refund eligibility is limited and clearly defined below.

Digital products only

All products on ProjectMint are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Refunds are available only for

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
  • Technical failure where the product was not delivered

Refunds are not available for

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong purchase made by the customer
  • Issues caused by user-side device, browser, or network setup

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
